In
case single Vacuum pumps (liquid ring pumps, rotary vane pumps) are
not suited for a certain process due to their pumping speed and / or
their ultimate vacuum, a combination with twin lobe pumps can be
used.
These
Vacuum Pumping Units consist of rotary vane pump twin lobe pumps as
fore-pump and rotary vane pump or liquid ring pump as backing pump.
The fore-pump picks up oil necessary for its lubrication from the
backing pump. The exhaust from the fore - pump is connected to the
suction side of the backing pump thereby giving advantage of high
pumping speed at higher vacuum. These units are highly energy
efficient and consume less power than conventional single vacuum
pumps.
These
pumping units are of compact design and mounted on base frames ready
for use. They are tailor - made and are offered to suit user's
requirements.

We offer rotary vacuum pumps which have oil immersed vibration less rotary vane type pump, enclosed in oil filled sturdy box. It is motor driven and mounted on rectangular base with V-belt pulley. Two Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
RV series vacuum pumps are two-stage and directly coupled with motor. These consists two stages one for high-pressure and another for low-pressure. Its suction port connects vacuum equipment and helps to intake or drain the gas in the container during operation. When the equipment is in vacuum, the drain valve of high-pressure stage will close, then, the gas suctioned by high-pressure stage will be transferred to the second stage, later, and the gas will be suctioned and drained through the second stage, so that the equipment can obtain certain vacuum. Rotary vane vacuum pumps - flange
Principle of operation: These vacuum pumps are of the oil immersed rotary vane type 'v' belt driven. A stator with an eccentrically rotor mounted within it from the main assembly. The rotor has two vanes facing each other. There are springs in between the two vanes. As the rotor revolves these springs press the vanes against the inner wall of the stator and makes them move in and out of the rotor. As the rotor revolves by mean of a driving shaft sweeping the air space twice per revolution.
