It has feed screw drive which is interconnected with main drive. It also has pre-Compaction chambers to guide the material to roll without any slippage or leakage.

In Aayush roll compactor, required hardness is maintained through out the process. Once setting is done hardness is maintained automatically at preset value by means of hydraulic system.
