Our roll compactor has a screw feeder which is capable to feed bulky material by variable frequency control speed drive. It's design ensures easy and quick cleaning. It has feed screw drive which is interconnected with main drive. It also has pre-Compaction chambers to guide the material to roll without any slippage or leakage.
Additional Features:
In Aayush roll compactor, required hardness is maintained through out the process. Once setting is done hardness is maintained automatically at preset value by means of hydraulic system.

The Compacting is designed to provide a uniform force distribution to create uniform bulk density & to give fine granules of uniform quality after further process, thus granules of equal quality are produced.
