The thick / thin grader is designed for separation of thick / thin rice. The machine is build with rigid laser cut steel sheet structure and imported wire mesh cylinders. It is equipped with a finely balanced inlet for better distribution of product into the cylinders & rotary brush for cleaning of cylinders. We are able to manufacture a precision engineered range of agritech rice mill machinery.
The Rice Whitener is designed for whitening brown rice. The machine is built with rigid laser cut steel structure. It is equipped with silicon carbide grinding wheels with adjustable CNC punched sieves for bran separation, spring controlled whitening adjustment, stainless steel discharge and exhaust connection for bran suction. The brown rice is subjected to abrasion in the whitening chamber between the sieves and grinding wheels to remove a thin layer of bran. To attain the required whiteness (KETT Value) the rice is subjected to additional passes in the rice whiteners before being polished in the Silky Polisher SILK-N1 for polishing.
Parboiled Rice Mill Plant
The classic cylinder is designed to separate the brokens from the head rice. The machine is built with rigid laser cut steel sheet structure & a precisely indented cylinder. It is equipped with a self cleaning system resulting in perfect and uniform head rice output, a screw conveyer to discharge the broken rice. The machine can be used for all application where the product is subjected to segregation based on the length.
