‘S-917’ is having fixed shaft conventional unwind station. The unwind station is equipped with pneumatic shaft instead of pneumatic reverse acting core chucks. The shafts are available for both type of cores 3”. The pneumatic shaft allows the different diameter and different width of parent roller. The station is equipped with pneumatic brake which controls the braking tension throughout the speed / throughout the length.

The 'S-737' model is equipped with two different shafts. Differential shaft performance to a greater extent is the reason for quality winding. Differential shaft mainly consists of center shaft, inflatable tubes and ball type expandable elements. The differential shafts ensures best quality winding. ‘S-737’ is equipped with reputed make web guiding section which is used to correct the position of webs with the help of a scanning head and DC Gear motor with Ball Screw. Scanning head scans the material’s edge/line and transfers command to gear motor with ball screws. The motor works to correct the position of webs by adjusting the unwind station, which results in to a perfect winding.
