Main Spindle made from Alloy Steel with 6 Slots is machined by Hobber Machine and MT-Bore is provided internally grinded by internal grinding machine. Provides 8 speeds with the help of accurate balanced pairs of cone pulleys, which run on two Ball Bearings. Spindle Sleeve is properly grinded and hardened, Drill Head bore Spindle is mounted on five ball & roller bearing for smooth and accurate running.
Newly Designed Autofeed Gear Box: Autofeed gear box used in Radial Drilling Machines R40AA, R40BA & P40AA is having gears made up of EN-9 Steel & of heavy 2. 5 module. All gears are also hardened. Shafts supporting this gears are of four splined & gears internally splined. Worm & worm gears are of heavy duty 9 DP teeth. Base : The base is a one-piece casting of heavy proportion and rigidly crossribbed on the underside to prevent any bowing effect under heavy loads. A reservoirforcoolentis cast integrated with base.The 'Tee' slots on the surface are machined and the surface is handscrapped.
Column : It is of a high Brined Hardness number suitable for it's purpose. As there are no rotating joints there in, it is quite rigid.
Arm : Automatic vertical movement of Arm is provided with direct coupled flange moior on the Bracket. The lead screw will not rotate even while automatic movement will be in operation. Arm is adjustable to any angular position.
