Our wide assortment of PTFE virgin is fabricated with best grade of raw material using most advanced technologies. Teflon 1 is polytetrafluoroethylene which is widely used in various applications. Molten alkali metals and gaseous fluorine will rigorously react with PTFE at high temperature ocs and pressures.
It is used for manufacturing different components such as:
• Back up rings
• Chevron packing
• O-rings
• Rotary seals
• Gaskets
In addition, Teflon 2 is polytetrafluoroethylene which is available with fillers and is extensively used for 'ow f"ct'on sea's- thrust collars and bearing rings for chevron packing's and guide rings. Also, it has high firmness values at low creep.

Teflon bellow seal is a chemical resistant, outside balanced externally mounted on extremely corrosive duties including acids, salts, active organic compounds, strong oxidising and reducing agents. All components which comes in contact with the liquid being sealed are made of chemically inert materials i.e. PTFE and highly corrosion resistant materials. The seal has no dynamic elastomers and hence, no fretting damage on the shaft.
The non-pusher bellow hydraulically balanced contour eliminates sliding contact with equipment's shaft or shaft sleeves during operation. The seal is mounted on the shaft or sleeve surface externally, and the PTFE bellow convolution extend to components for seal face wear. The rotary face is replaceable on seat without affecting the seal settings. This permits to replace the face which tends to high wear and tear, the efficient cost saving features with this seal.

Piston seals are used for both hydraulic and pneumatic functions. Due to it preload, the seal encounter on the piston has a larger diameter that provides highest efficiency against leakage. To avoid damage to the seal during installation on the piston, chambers are provided on the cylinder barrel. If chamfers are not permitted on the cylinder barrel due to the design aspect, some time chamfers are not permitted on the cylinder barrel. In such case special fixture are used to prevent the damage of the seal during insertion into the cylinder.
