The importance of PTFE machined & moulded products becomes more important as it is often more efficient to use moulded semi-finished products to avoid excessive machining of relatively expensive materials and for reducing the machining labour and time. The tooling costs are normally very low.
We offer these PTFE products in two forms viz milled form and slit form. Milled type envelope is a better method as it is made to fit the insert and presents a flat face to tee flange. The Slit type is perfectly adequate for applications where cost is considered a major factor. The envelop in this type does not present a full face to the flange.
Solid Gaskets can also be made in different types of shapes and sizes on request.

We offer CHEVRON packing which is appropriate from medium duty to heavy duty application and it is helpful in designing for sealing rods, pistons, plungers in hydraulic cylinders and in hydraulic presses. Our seal checks, if there is any misalignment between the sealing gaps and also accepts the low and high pressure, vigorous conditions. It has the exclusive and distinctive hinge-like action which helps in allowing immediate reaction even to little pressure changes. Our chevron packing set has individual lip which independently reacts to pressure and automatically affects the seal. The effective seal along the shaft and the multiple lip configurations helps in distributing the pressure. The PTFE sleeves are completely locked into the valve body by 360° port defining metal lips. The sleeve surrounds the conical plug and serves as a self-lubricating seal against leakage through ports and to the atmosphere. The plug rotates in the PTFE-sleeve firmly embedded and aligned in the valve body so that the plug cannot be seized.
