The industrial series pressure transmitters ISP-100 are piezo-resistive pressure sensors based on ceramic. The measuring bridge is printed directly on one side of the ceramic diaphragm by means of thick film technology.
Because of the excellent chemical resistance no additional protection is normally required. The sensors are designed in such a way so that temperature changes and overloading do not cause any loss in reliability. The use of ceramic ensures high linearity across the entire range of measurement and reduces effects of hysteresis to a minimum. The sensors are thermal compensated by laser adjustable PTC resistors.

The entire range of pressure sensors works with a piezo-resistive ceramic measuring cell and is divided into 4 families based on the different housing styles. The PS series (accuracy rating 0.5% of the full scale) is incorporated in a robust stainless steel housing with a 4-digit 7-segment display. The series consists of different versions with switching and analog output. The PC-M series (accuracy rating 2 % of the full scale) is incorporated in a die-cast housing with a 4-digit 7-segment display and a stainless steel pressure connection. The PT1 series (accuracy rating 0.3 % of the full scale) is incorporated in a stainless steel housing and features 2-wire technology and an analog output. The PC series (accuracy rating 0.3 % of the full scale) is a equipped with a customer-specific switching output. The PK series (accuracy rating 1.0% of the full scale) is incorporated in a very light housing and is only suited for pneumatic and vacuum applications.
