We manufacture pre-coat Pressure Filters which are designed for easy manual cleaning.
Dirty fluid with “filter aid powder” is fed under pressure at the filter inlet so that it forms a uniform layer on the filter discs in the filter shell. During this process the filter outlet fluid is diverted back to dirty fluid tank. This operation is called “pre-coating”. It is performed every-time after the filter is cleaned & put to use again. After pre-coating the filter used to clean the fluid tank. Through separate pump the clean fluid is supplied to the machine. To increase the time of service for the filter a small amount of filter aid powder is fed periodically at the dirty pump suction point. This operation is called “body feeding”. Excellent filtration clarity is generated for high finishing. Our company manufactures flat bed pressure filtration System, which is basically a pressure filter. It is totally automatic with electro- pneumatic controls. There are two shells in the filter. One is called top shell & other is bottom shell. Dirty oil is fed to the top shell. There is a nylon mesh endless conveyor sealed between the two shells. Rubber sealing have been provided between two shells to avoid leakages through the shells. Following are the processes, we follow:

Operation
Water enters the filter and percolates through the filter bed. The Suspended matter present in the water comes in contact with the media particles and are trapped on the top of the bed. Clean water then goes via the filtration nozzles through the filter outlet.
Cleaning
Cleaning of this filter is done periodically by back washing. Water is introduced in the reverse direction of the service flow. Filter is then down rinsed & clear water is taken in the system.
