The basic construction of Twin Lobe Blower consists of two symmetric lobes cased in semi circular container rotating in opposite directions. These lobes are not tooth wheels, they share contact-less conjugate motion to the rotor.

Construction
Strongly cased in heavy gauge steel sheets welded to form a rigid structure, the impeller incorporates low inertia and accurate balance. The impeller is mounted directly upon the motor shaft in case of direct motor drive. Whereas in case of belt driven fans, the impeller is mounted on steel shaft running in ball bearing. Generally fans are supplied with bottom horizontal discharge still the position can be adjusted as per customer's requirement.

We manufacture a range of turbine blowers that are fabricated from superior quality raw materials. These blowers consist of dynamically balanced impeller. These impellers revolves in as stator - cum compression chamber and have very fine clearance between them. These impellers are fitted directly on to the motor. The suction and pressure openings on the outer periphery of the stator helps in reducing impedance to the air flow thereby developing vacuum and pressure. Our blowers do not require any lubrication.
