  The dip spin method of coating is used on bulk items like fasteners to coat them with paint or specialty coatings. In our organization this dip spin coating is done to achieve a very high salt spray life on fasteners. The machine has a touch screen interface allowing the customers to program it to suit their own diverse needs. The system is controlled by a PLC and a variable frequency drive. Our Dip Spin Coating process includes:
  
  • The component is dipped in the liquid and centrifugal force is used to expel the extra coating material
  • Subsequently, the component is cured in a hot air oven
  • The process can be repeated a number of times with the same coating material or with different chemicals for greater thickness or modified properties
  • The dip spin coating system comes in three variations Simple dip spin, dip spin with tilt and Dip, Spin and tilt with chiller
