Made of thick 304 grade stainless steel deep drawn having twin safety system through weight type and spring safety valve which ensures perfect operation even if one malfunctions. Both gas and electric operated models are available. It conforms to IS: 8462 - 1979.

A) Pedal Free system in vertical autoclave is introduced for the first time in India. This system enables you to lift the lid very easily and safely. It also reduces the loading height. This allows the user to lift the lid by only 3 to 4 mm.
B) All the models are made of Fully Stainless Steel 304 construction.

Construction: Double walled, complete with fully SS 304 construction with Argon Welding. Chamber & Jacket of 18 SWG. The unit is fitted with very efficient radial locking system made of mild steel, chrome plated, with paddle lifting device. Supplied complete with stainless steel basket. Table top model; GMP-GC-29 portable autoclave is a reliable and convenient method for steam and sterilization of medical equipments. The unit is a single walled SS-304 (heavy gauge) structure with high gloss finish with argon welded finish. The lid is heavily polished and fitted with a pressure gauge, steam exhaust valve, safety valve and handle and can withstand a pressure of 15 Lbs/Sq.inch. The unit is also equipped with an ISI marked special heater which is easily replaceable ,& SS basket.

The Portable Single Drum Autoclaves are highly efficient apparatus which designed to meet the requirements of Hospitals, Dispensaries, Nursing Homes, Laboratories, Medical Missions, Clinics, Operating theatres, Pharmaceutics, etc. It is very simple to operate and economical to use.
The container is seamless made of thick Aluminium sheet or stainless steel as per quality required. The lid is made of alluminium casting or stainless steel as per customer requirement. It is fitted with Stem Release Knob, Stop Cock, Double Safety Value, Vacuum Release or any other customer requirements.
The safety valve is adjusted to blow off the steam at 17 lbs; psi. maintaining the constant pressure of 15 lbs. The entire autoclave is heavily Aluminium alloy/stainless steel. The container being seamless, there is no leakage and hence it ensures quite a longer service. These autoclave are made for use on electrically and gas/ Kerosene heated.
