Magnetic Chip conveyor is used where the iron chips go with coolant and are collected down at inconvenient location. The magnetic conveyer which is totally enclosed can be lowered in the sump and chips are collected outside in a drum or trolley. The top surface of the conveyer is made out of stainless steel to stand constant wear. The conveyor has high intensity magnets moving inside which bring all the ferrous impurities out. In Horizontal decoring machine, the castings are vibrated by
eccentric masses in order to loosen & remove the sand, preceded by a short
period of hammering with an air operated system (which are mounted
horizontally). The decoring device is housed completely inside a soundproof
booth equipped with sliding door for casting load/ unload. The frame that
