Our company is engaged in the manufacturing of plating tanks. The transformer is provided with corrugated finned tanks. The up-to-date corrugated fins forming, welding and manufacturing line is CNC controlled consisting of de coiler, folding and embossing unit for the front seam. The role of the fins is to increase the surface area of the tanks which is in contact with cooling air.

We make plating tanks suitable for fast acting chemicals of latest plating technologies. The tanks are normally made of MS and lined with flexible PVC sheets. The flexible PVC sheet is cut to suit the contour of the tank with minimum weld joints. The rubber based adhesive is used to glue the sheet to MS. The tank and sheet surface is prepared for perfect bonding. The weld joints are tested with spark test for leak proof joints. The weld joints are then covered with specially made V shaped PVC strip.
