Our plate heat exchanger consists of a series of thin, corrugated plates that are gasketed, welded together (or any combination of these) or brazed together depending on application. The plates are then compressed together in a rigid frame to create an arrangement of parallel flow channels. One fluid travels in the odd numbered channels, the other in the even.

We offer 3 basic types of heat exchangers that is fixed tube removable bundle & U-tube. We provide well-conceived & optimum designs to suit O.E. uses. The heat exchangers have heat transfer capacity ranging from 1000 k.cal/hr to 10,00,000-k.cal/hr and heat transfer area from 1m² to 500m² with MS, SS, brass, cupronickel and copper.

We offer high performance plate heat exchanger. It uses metal plates to transfer heat between two liquids. The liquids are exposed to a much larger surface area, as the liquids spread out over the plate. This facilitates the transfer of heat and increases the speed of the temperature change. These are used in milk, ice cream and butter milk, HTST pasteurizers for milk plants.

- The inlet section: This is designed to achieve a perfect distribution of the product over the entire heat transfer surface. This is done by enlarging the port inlet and provide the inlet with lead grooves which also guarantee no dead spots on the plate. The multi-level inlet design secures rigid plate inlet with a minimum of contact points with forms line contact. The inlet parts are designed with leak detecting groove meeting 3A specifications.
