The fluid bed dryer offered by us is widely used in many industries like pharma, food, dyestuff, chemical and polymer. This versatile machine is suitable for wet, granular powdered materials. Its structure is made out of rigid square pipes of SS 304 and is polished to matt finish. The mild steel parts of the dryer are smoothly surfaced and painted. The contact parts made out of SS 304 / 316 and its inner surface is grounded and polished to give a mirror-finish look.
Working Principle:
It works when an induced air draft created by a special, heavy-duty blower is drawn through the 5-micron air filter. The filtered air is then heated to the needed temperature by the electric heaters or steam radiator. Hot air passes over the product which, as a result gets dried with the help of air fluidization. The damper is provided to control air circulation whereas; the filter bags bag prevents the small particles from getting into the exhaust.

SPECIFICATION
• Design: Mono block cGMP model
• Filter Bag Housing: S.s.316, S.s.316
• Bottom Chamber: S.s.316, with drain point and an inflatable rubber sealing gasket.
• Product Container: Made out of s.s.316, having a Dutch weave mesh in s.s.316 a 10mm support plate, sight glass, sampling port (online) and quick removable type clamps for the Dutch weave and support plate.
• Trolley: Made out of s.s.304 pipe 1 1/2” nb sch 10 with 4nos swivel 4”Pu wheels.

Construction
The dryer is of robust construction built on formed angles of 3mm thick sheet and suitably reinforced with angles and sections. The dryers external walls are manufactured from 1.6mm thick Stainless Steel sheets of 304 quality. The internal of the dryer is built of 1.6 mm thick S.S 304 quality sheets. The internal structure is fully TIG welded and all the internals have ground smooth surfaces. It is insulated with minimum 50 mm thick glasswool insulation and Cladded with S,S, Polished sheets. The dryer is having a fresh air inlet through 20 Micron PP cloth filters and a adjustable air outlet flap and a door at the front. The door is explosion proof and is locked with the help of spring loaded ball latches with suitable pressure. Door lips are having Neoprene rubber Gasket to prevent leakages.
