Uses of Peppermint Oil
Rub 4-6 drops in the palm and rub over stomach and around the navel to relieve indigestion, flatulence and diarrhea.
Add a drop of Peppermint oil to herbal tea to aid in digestion and relieve heartburn.

Peppermint oil is produced by steam distillation of the herbs of flavoring plants of Mentha Arvenses. Later menthol is partially removed by refrigeration and fractional distillation method. It is a colourless to palish yellow liquid, with mint aroma. It is used as a flavouring agent in tooth pastes, tooth powders, mouth washes, chewing gums and other preparations.
