Have been supplying to many industries including nuts and food roaster’s. It has been specially designed and manufactured to roast materials efficiently and uniformly but not to damage or break the materials during the process. It is a straight cylindrical vessel which rotates during roasting there by the product will be uniformly heated for the out size heat source and the product can be discharged completely by tilting mechanism. The roaster is very simple to operate and made with couple of option for heating media. Either Commercial LPG or electric coil can be used for heating / roasting media depending on the feasibility and availability.
Application: widely used for roasting of cereals, pulses, food stuff, soji, nuts, spices etc.

Our fluid bed roasters is suitable for any granular product which can be roasted in this machine. Our fluid bed roasters is ideal for various food items including sounff, peanuts, raagi, chana, suji, cocoa, green gram, vermicelli, jowar and fryums. We can provide air heater which can be run on oil / gas / agro waste. Sand is not required as in conventional systems.

Our continuous vibro fluidized and bed roaster is suitable for any dry granular product without any moisture can be roasted in this machine. Our roaster is ideal for various food items including chana, suji, cocoa, green gram, vermicelli, jowar and fryums. Our fluidized roaster requires only two LPG cylinders for generating hot air and requires no sand as in conventional systems. Material to be roasted can be fed at a consistent rate through a vibratory feeder.

Our range of steel roasters can be used to make fried gram, poha, tamarind seed starch, energy food, weaning food and many other roasted food products. These roasters can perform even roasting to roast peanut, peas, gulabi chana and soya. Our steel roasters have roller and plate for the splitting, crushers for crushing, pulverizers for conversion to starch to ensure good quality roasted products.

Installation:
The roaster can be installed in a sheltered shed, preferably of more than 2400 sq.ft.
This much space is necessary as the machine itself requires a minimum area of 1600 sq.ft. Furthermore for efficient performance any one wall’s length needs to be increased to a minimum of 16 feet. Other than that open area is also required to cool roasted grains and to perform other processes.
Energy Requirements:
Furnace oil is the most preferred fuel for the roaster. It enhances the working life of the roaster and offers constant maintenance. Diesel, paddy husk, tamarind seed husk, coke and firewood can also be used as a substitute.

We supply “A” special roaster, which can be put up by the help of fire bricks. Furnace oil, coal, firewood and husk are the various types of fuels, which can be used in the roaster. Riversand can be utilized as a temperature medium. We have specially fabricated these roasters so that only roasted material is obtained after the production process. Riversand and other roasting mediums are recyclable and are left as a residue. This ensures optimum heat efficiency. The temperature can be regulated with the help of thermometer and the feeding arrangement can be altered to attain desired quality. These roasters are used to obtain friedgram, poha and weaning food. Apart from that tamarind seeds, peanuts and peas can also be roasted with its help.
