We offer high performance on-line multi cutter which is used to cut the tubes into longer and smaller size while working on-line with the main spiral tube winder. The machine is easy to operate and the cutting carriage moves on a free slide rails synchronized with the main tube winder. It has pre-set knives which are used to cut the tubes to the selected widths after which the recut tubes are delivered.
We deal in "Oblique Type High Speed Single Face Paper Corrugation Machine with Rotary Sheet Cutter Machine".
Our machines have an exclusively high precision robust Oblique type single facer attached with auto sheet cutter and it gives ready cut 2 ply board in one complete operation. The machine offers enhanced efficiency & high rate of production. The flute rollers of the single facer are mounted on bearings for smooth running & long life.
The flutes are made of special alloy steel and the gum rolls are hard chromed for better performance. Two preheaters are provided to demoisturise the paper. The single facer corrugation output is 150 ft/ min. The main bearings are lubricated with high temperature grease. 'JUMBO' type motorized hydraulic reel stand is provided. A.C. drive controller with master control for synchronizing the speed of corrugation & sheet cutter is provided with this type of machine. We offer a range of separ plast that is manufactured from superior quality stainless steel with base frame and stiffeners in mild steel. The economy model of separ plast is manufactured entirely using mild steel with 55 cladding in the feed chamber. The 5.5 rotor forms a forced vortex in the separator and the centrifugal force carries outward the heavy particles into the junk trap. In order to slush paper chips and remove the entire non-fibrous material that goes out as light reject, we have designed the rotor screen that perform these functions. The material is further treated in secondary separator or Johnson Screen. The approved stock is passed through the screen, fitted behind the rotor.

We manufacture high speed pattern developing machine in which the raw material in Paper roll form is loaded in the reel stand & the web is fed between the feeding rollers and then passed through top and bottom printer. Then the patterns get grinding in one edge of the pattern. Finally the pattern is made as per the shape of the cutting blades position. Available with us is a gamut of turbo separators that is manufactured from premium quality mild steel with an option of internal ling of stainless steel. Stainless steel is used to make the rotor and screen (2-4 mm perforation). The turbo separators are an effective way of separating the heavy and light impurities and causes less of fiber loss.
The rotor forms a forced vortex into the turbo and the heavy contraries are pushed outward into the junk trap by the centrifugal force, whereas the light contraries get accumulated in the centre that passes through the light reject nozzle. The screen fitted at the back of the rotor is used to pass the accepted stock.
