The KIN C 60 Two machine with Two color shuttle has all the equipments similar to KIN C 60 single color Closed Cup.Apart from that we have an extra cup of 90 which is placed parallel to the first cup.We also have a two color shuttle for transporting the product and additionally a shuttle coordinate is attached below the shuttle for adjusting the component x-y-and in angular with reference to the matter on the plate and to get perfect registration. The advancement in pad printing technology created a demand for special printing applications. The automotive field, the beverages manufacturer, shock absorber manufacturers etc., started demanding for printing on their product either to identify the product or print the logo and specifications or maybe to identify whether the product has gone through a particular test in their assembly line. But the complexity arises when the printing is to be done on the side and it is not possible to print on top of the component. This demanded for a pad-printing machine with side printing facility.
The challenge was well diagnosed by our team of engineers and an idea was born, which ultimately led to the crafting of our Machine model KIN C 140 S. Here the pad picks up the image from the plate in the standard way but for printing on side of component, the pad assembly is tilted 90 degrees and then the pad is pressed against the component sideways. Two color Pad printing / Tempo Printing Machines are used for printing products with requirement of two colors. The component to be printed is placed on the fixture mounted on a shuttle. There are two different pads, which pick up two different colors from the divided etched plate in case of open inkwell or from two separate plates in case of closed cup system and move towards the product to print. The first color is printed on the component by the first pad after which the shuttle takes the other pad where printing is done and finally the first product is unloaded and the second is loaded.
To make the process of printing more convenient and user friendly, we offer our clients two color printing pad in different specifications.

Pad printing is an indirect method of printing, a combination of offset & gravure printing process. Plate system is like gravure & printing system is like offset. In gravure printing, design is etched on a roller whereas in pad printing, flat plate carries an image. A rubber blanket, in offset process, picks up image from the plate & transfers it on the substrate.

The Cam Index Drives is a technological marvel. Most automation in industry make use of this mechanism where in it converts continuous rotary input into intermittent, indexing output motion. As the input shaft rotates continuously, by the geometry of the cam and the follower the output shaft also rotates but intermittently thereby getting smooth and jerk free motion throughout its cycles.

The Globoidal cam is attached with input shaft. A predefined groove conforming to certain standard curve as modified Sine curve is generated on the circumference of the cam to a well defined limits.
