Catering

performance packing conveyor belt. It has a stainless steel table top
and a moving endless sandwich belt in its center. The tabletop is
fixed to the same structure which is fabricated from SS square pipe.
It is supported on adjustable bolts. For final visual inspection and
easy packing, the table is made in 12 inches working space on the two
sides of the conveyor belt.
The
operation of our efficient packing conveyor belt is enlisted below:

conveyor belt brings the container or products from the labeling/
blister/strip machine

These are extensively used for sealing plastic, poly, moisture barrier bags or thermoplastic materials of any size, length and thickness. The speed of our variable conveyor belt is adjustable to accommodate materials of various thicknesses. The 2 ply conveyor belt is avilable in different width from 12 mm to 200mm .
Packing conveyor belt consists of table top and 9" wide PVC coated canvas endless belt at the centre. The table top is covered with SS 304 Sheet and width of the table is 33". It is mounted on SS structure. It is driven by TEFC 1440 RPM "BONFIGLIOLI" make electric motor coupled with suitable reduction gear box. The complete drive mechanism is enclosed in an elegant cabinet. The speed of the belt is 30 ft to 40 ft/min.

This is a special purpose conveyor. Manufactured using M.S., S.S. rods of required diameter attached to chain of 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 1”, etc. pitches as per requirements. ‘L-type’ cleat is also attached at required distances, which supports the products when it is to be carried to an inclined level. It is used for raw vegetable, fruit washing and other special purposes.
LK-6 Belt is manufactured using left and right hand coils with crimped rods linking them. This belt type has longer life. Roller chains are attached at both the edges of required type of belt using thick rods, which is inserted at particular distance. Available in different chain pitches like 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 1”, etc. using standard M.S. chains and also S.S. chains, as per requirements. Used by namkeen making plants, chapatti making plants, papad and other food processing and frying systems, etc.
BT-21 Belt is specially designed for candy, confectionery & chocolate plants. Thick cross rods are bended & locked into each other (also known as selvedge type belt) that provide extra strength & life to belt. With very close pitch and wide coils it provides a flat type surface for hot candies that are transferred from candy making machines on this belt to be carried through cooling chambers. It is largely preferred over other nylon belts as it provides free air circulation. Basically manufactured from G.I., S.S.304, S.S.316, etc. wires in different gauges. The stock of standard width of 100mm, 200mm & 300mm is mostly available and other sizes are manufactured as per requirements. This belt also manufactured with roller chains attached on the edges.
