STAGE 1 Compression of Air
The free saturated air is drawn from atmosphere through a highly efficient dry-type Suction Filter into the first stage of the horizontally balanced opposed, lubricated reciprocating air compressor. The air is compressed over a multistage process to the desired air pressure (30-40 bar) and is then sent to the process skid for further use.
STAGE 2- Purification of Air
The compressed air is passed into an after cooler where the temperature is reduced to around 35 degree centigrade after which it is chilled in a Chilling Unit to a temperature of 12 degree centigrade and then passed through a Moisture Separator where the condensed moisture gets removed before entering into Molecular Sieve Battery.

We specialise in manufacturing and supply oxygen gas plant that consists of two parts.. The lower column and upper column. In between the lower and upper columns there is a condenser, which acts as a reflux for the lower column and as a re-boiler for the upper column. The liquid air at the bottom of lower column separates through the trays to give crude Oxygen at the bottom and approximately 90% pure Nitrogen at the top. Crude Oxygen termed as rich liquid is then expanded through an Expansion Valve from the lower column to the middle of the upper column. Crude Nitrogen termed as poor liquid is expanded through another Expansion Valve from the top of the lower column to the top of the upper column. Due to difference in the boiling points, the pure Nitrogen boils over and accumulates at the top of the upper column and Oxygen, which accumulates at the bottom of the upper column.

The process adopted to produce Oxygen and Nitrogen is called Liquification and fractional distillation of air inside the Air separation Unit. Air is expanded and liquefied in this process by expansion and cooling in an Expansion Engine and Expansion valves in medium pressure.(40 kgs/cm2 to 50 kgs/cm2.). 1.COMPRESSION OF ATMOSPHERIC AIR
Air is compressed at a very pressure of 5-7 bar (kg/cm2). Air can be compressed at such low pressure by trouble free rotary compressor (Screw / Centrifugal Type/Oil free piston compressor of advanced technology are employed).
2. PRE COOLING SYSTEM
The second stage of the process uses a low pressure refrigerant for precooling the processed air to temperature around 12 deg C before it enters the purifier.
3. PURIFICATION OF AIR BY PURIFIER
The air enters a purifier consisting of twin Molecular Sieve driers, working alternatively. The Molecular Sieves remove the Carbon dioxide & moisture from the processed air before the air enters Air Separation Unit.
4. COOLING OF AIR BY Turbo(EXPANDER)

PROCESS DESCRIPTION:
STEP I: Air is sucked by a multi stage air compressor and passed through the following stages.

The free atmospheric air is sucked in by a multi-stage air compressor through a filter and compressed to the working pressure. After each stage, intermediate coolers and water separators are provided. The compressed air then passes through the (evaporation) pre-cooler and then to the molecular sieve battery where the moisture and carbon dioxide are removed from the process air. It then passes through the exchanger No. 1 where it is cooled by the out-going waste nitrogen and product oxygen.
A part of this cold air then flows through an expansion machine and the balance through the 2nd heat exchanger. The ratio of the two air streams is controlled by an expansion valve, RI. Both these streams of air then unite in the lower pressure column where it partially liquefies.
