These cranes have compact dimensions, customized made according to customer demand these cranes are easy to operate and maintain . Heavy duty motors are provided to ensure long hours service without any breakdown. Hydraulic thrustor/disc brakes are provided for braking. Modular designing covers a very wide operating range. Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection. DESIGN, FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS
Our wall mounted jib cranes are specially designed to multiply the human efforts, handling load up to 5,000 kg precisely at a single touch of button. These cranes can be mounted on pillars, walls and columns. The cranes can be coupled with appropriate electrical hoists to form a functional unit providing fast, reliable and safe solution for all the material handling needs.
The main coulmns of the cranes are fabricated from tested plates that are duly machined and welded with the best electrodes i.e. Essab/advani. All the point of junctures are carefully inspected to detect cracks, unwelded surface, uneven joints etc. The latest welding equipment and profile cutting machines are used to ensure a flawless fabrication job. We manufacture single girder EOT crane that is compact in dimensions, low in weight and easy to operate and maintain. Available in various dimensions these cranes are perfect for load carrying. These cranes usually find application where the load is to be transferred from one bay to another as heavy load movement is not possible with conventional cranes. Double girder bridge cranes form a major chunk of orders received by AHE engineers annually. As a result, the company has successfully managed to refine this particular product over time to reflect changing customer needs and evolving technology. The figure above shows a double girder bridge cranes with auxiliary hoist. AHE engineers manufactures double girder bridge cranes without the auxiliary hoisting feature also. Depending on the spans of the factory sheds, the Double Girder Bridge cranes can come either with a single drive system or a twin drive system.

DESIGN, FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS
The double girder cranes are used when heavy loads and wide spans are required, the S. CRANE double girder overhead cranes show their strength. double girder cranes consist of two torsion-free box girders. This makes double girder cranes especially suitable for lifting and transporting loads over 10 T and for span of more than 25 m S. Double girder overhead cranes are available with load capacities upto 30 T and with spans upto 31 m. Articulated end carriage joints ensure positive contact of all four wheels with the track. The range of fixing arrangements allows the appropriate integration of S. CRANE overhead cranes into new buildings as well as into existing buildings. Just as with all other types of S. CRANE overhead cranes, the profiles of the main girder are optimally produced using computers so that maximum performance with a minimum of deadweight can be achieved. An advantage that has financial benfits.
We manufactures single girder bridge cranes in different configurations. The figure above shows a crane with a box girder and twin drive system. We also manufacture an under slung version as shown in the figure below. Decision regarding the configuration is made depending upon the shed dimensions and lifting requirements of the client.
