Due to our high quality refining capacity, we supply to 30 refineries and 30-500 TDP plants on turnkey basis. Our high-tech plants can be used for varieties of edible oil like rice bran oil, sunflower, soybean, cotton seed, palm oil and others. Refining of rice bran oil is among one of our specialties where in we can process high FFA rice bran oil to the required final FFA as low as 0.05% with color as low as 4 units in 1 cell.

(Neutralizer Refinery NEC- 4)
We offer supreme quality Neutralizer Refinery NEC- 4 to check minimum loss of oil at the
time of neutralizing. It comprises sturdy cylindrical shell bodies
with steep conical bottom. There are numerous atomizers mounted at
the top of neutralizer meant for appropriate dispersing of caustic
lye and hot water for water washing. The neutralizer capacity is
planned for processing of oil and fats along with higher free fatty
acid for faster heating to desired temperature and for successful
separation of soap stock. Qualitative motor gearboxes are mounted to
suit continuous rating and provide hassle free life long service.
Fats and oils comprise
mixtures of diverse triglycerides (Easter of glycerol, saturated and

We provide a wide range of plants with diverse capacities to meet the growing needs of the bio-diesel industry.
{Capacity 5 tonnes per day i.e. 4 batches of 1250 kg. each }
(1) All the main vessels i.e. two neutralizers, one bleacher and one deodourizer are properly arranged on the first floor of the steel structure. So all these vessels are hanging on the steel strucutre. Just below the two neutralizers, two soap pans are resting on the ground floor in which soap stock is collected. There is a steam pipe arrangement in the soap pans also.
(2) Steel structure has size of 14ft. x 14ft. (i.e. 4.25mtr. x 4.25mtr). First floor is 9ft. above the ground level. There are 8 coloumns of double chanel which supports the entire steel structure. It has proper staircase and railing on all the sides of steel structure at the first floor and also on staircase. Two filter presses are also accomodated on the first floor of the steel structure.

We offer fish oil plant, which is in wide demand in the fishery industry for the processing of raw fish or fish waste into the final fish oil. The fish waste is turned into fish meal with the help of this plant. Furthermore, if the fish is oily then more oil can be extracted making the fish waste into a profit making business. The output of our fish meal is 2 ton for an input of 10 tons of fresh fish, whereas, the output of oil is 1 ton for an input of 10 tons of fresh fish.
The system is designed to fully refine, i.e. pre treat, bleach, strip and deodorize Palm olien. In the Pre Treatment section phosphoric acid is added to crude oil, which reacts with the gums present in oil. The Bleaching System is based on treatment with bleaching earth followed by filtration. The High Efficiency Deodorizing System can be used for deodorizing of neutralized oils as well as stripping and deodorizing of high FFA oils as part of physical refining. One needs to take care when the oil is expelled to be sure that maximum oil recovery is done with minimum power consumption. Cake should not be burnt as the protein could be damaged; color fixation of oil should not take place, minimum heat should be generated while expelling; moisture should not get along with oil, filtration should be done so that no cake particles remain in contact with oil, thus FFA of oil should not increase.

Crude oil is pumped in a continuous and constant stream by pump P1 and heated to required temperature in the plate heat exchanger E1, mixed with pre-calculated quantity of acid in an knife mixer and fed to inline mixer wherein pre-calculated quality of water is added and fed to a precipitation tank. Oil water R1/ acid mixture R2 is allowed.
Sufficient residence time in the precipitation tank fro the gums to agglomerate on hydration and then pumped to separator where the oil and hydrated gums are separated and pumped to storage or disposal.
