Oil Refinery machine consist of various equipments like seed preparatory equipments, seed cooking equipments, oil press also called as oil expellers, filter pumps, plate filter press and other equipments. Various capacities available for oil milling machinery from small scale suitable for small villages and farmers as well as medium to large scale.
Palm oil mills receive the palm fruits in the form of palm fruit bunches of 10 to 30 kg. weight. First operation is to separate the palm fruits from the palm bunches. Separation of palm fruits by hand is very big drugery.
But, our palm fruit stripper separates palm fruits from the bunches by easy mechanical process. Stripping operation is done by the beaters welded on all the four sides of revolving heavy square shaft of the stripper. When bunch is thrown on the revolving beater shaft, due to the action of beater, entire bunch is thrown up and is allowed to fall again and again on the revolving beaters.
Thus, palm fruits are separated and fall down through the screen which are collected by the bottom conveyor and is taken out from the outlet. Empty bunches are automatically pushed on the other end of the palm fruit stripper machine.

Fats and oils consist of mixtures of different triglycerides (Esters of glycerol, saturated and unsaturated fatty acids). Crude fats and oils produced by expeller screw press or solvent extraction contain non glyceride impurities. The most important and useful method completely reduces the free fatty acid in the oil by converting them into oil-insoluble soaps. There is also removal of some impurities from oil by direct absorption. By virtue of this process many impurities of treated oil can be reduced.
Batch Neutralizer is controlling the minimum loss of oil during neutralizing. It consists of robust built cylindrical shell bodies with steep conical bottom. There are several atomizers fitted at the top of neutralizer for proper dispersing of caustic lye and hot water for water washing. Filter press offered by us is mostly used for all kind of filtration, clarification of liquids and collection of precipitates or solids. The oil to be filtered is pumped into the press and passing through the central hole, fills up all the chambers. The only outlet for the oil is through the pores of the cloth and then through the outlet cocks provided in a trough and then collected in any tank. Pressure gauze is installed in pumping line and when the pressure shows an increase without much discharge, it is indication that the press requires to be opened and cleaned.
