Air Compressor, compresses the atmospheric air to a pressure of 7.0 kg/cm2g and cools to ambient temperature in a shell and tube type heat exchanger. Automatic drain valve (ADV) of Air receiver automatically releases the condensed moisture. The compressed air at ambient temperature passes through special grade of Carbon Molecular Sieves and PSA module packed with activated alumina. The production of Oxygen/Nitrogen is majorly depends upon the Kinetic Separation technique. Oxygen due to smaller in size (kinetic diameter 3.46 A0) diffuses much faster than Nitrogen (kinetic diameter 3.64 A0) and therefore gets adsorbed in carbon molecular sieves while Nitrogen is collected as the high-pressure product.

Nitrous Oxide is produced by heating Ammonium Nitrate to a temperature of approx. 250 deg.C. Ammonium Nitrate is decomposed in the process to give a mixture of Nitrous Oxide and super heated steam. Impurities include Ammonium Nitrate fumes, Nitrogen and other oxides of Nitrogen. The steam and impurities are removed by scrubbing with water, caustic soda and sulfuric acid. Nitrogen present in traces is removed by bleeding from the top of storage vessels, where Nitrous Oxide in liquid state is stored after compression.
Properties of Nitrous Oxide: Nitrous Oxide is a chemical compound of Nitrogen and Oxygen. Its chemical name is N2O. SSFCI CO2 manifold system enables the consumers to draw CO2 gas at one place, thereby mishandling of the CO2 cylinders is avoided to a greater extent. All this eliminates the carriage of individual cylinders at different locations, where MIG welding sets/ user system are located. A special system is incorporated in the CO2 cylinder manifold system due to which low pressure gas (required by the user) can be sent through the pipeline.
SSFCI CO2 manifold system is properly configured, inter-locked, safe and it ensures trouble free service. Hydrogen can be produced by various methods and production through ammonia cracking is one of them. Where nitrogen is not an impurity, where hydrogen is to be used as a reducing atmosphere and where ammonia can be used as a raw material- there we offer a hydrogen plant based on ammonia cracking.
Ammonia is cracked in presence of nickel catalyst at approximately 850°C and we get a mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen in the same ratios as these constituents are present in ammonia i.e. H2 75% and N2 25%.

Nitrogen can be generated from atmospheric air, on-site by installing a captive PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) generator. We can develop different capacity models in our PSA nitrogen plant, to make them suitable for producing commercial nitrogen and ultra pure nitrogen. This gas is used in various industries for creating inert atmosphere.
The PSA nitrogen plants is based on pressure swing absorption method. The nitrogen gas produced with this plant is high in purity and is economical. • Tanks and bells are welded by special quality electrodes to avoid the process embrittling between Hydrogen and Caustic soda.

In electrolyzer, symmetrical conductive structure with anode in the middle and cathode at ends avoids the shortage of voltage. The improved sealing washer isolates hydrogen from oxygen. STAGE 1 Compression of Air
The free saturated air is drawn from atmosphere through a highly efficient dry-type Suction Filter into the first stage of the horizontally balanced opposed, lubricated reciprocating air compressor. The air is compressed over a multistage process to the desired air pressure (30-40 bar) and is then sent to the process skid for further use.
STAGE 2- Purification of Air
The compressed air is passed into an after cooler where the temperature is reduced to around 35 degree centigrade after which it is chilled in a Chilling Unit to a temperature of 12 degree centigrade and then passed through a Moisture Separator where the condensed moisture gets removed before entering into Molecular Sieve Battery.
