Heavy duty four pillars type hydraulic rubber moulding press is specially designed for manufacturing solid tyres. The moving bolster is guided in four pillars having gun metal/bronze bushes with centralized automatic lubrication system. The press is complete with specially designed low noise hydraulic power pads with cartridge valve for smooth change over of valves and PLC and MMI for the automation of hydraulic press cycle.
