In the process high slump concrete (highly flowing concrete) is poured in to the rubber moulds and competed in vibro forming vibrating tables. The moulds with green concrete are kept for initial strength gaining for 8-12 hours over flat plate. Then the cost concrete tiles are stripped out from the rubber moulds this wet tiles are then kept in controlled atmosphere for 3 days for further strength gaining. Polyurethane or vanish coating can be applied for added attractiveness & wear resistance.
By handling carefully the rubber moulds can be reused more than 300 times after washing. Attractive long lasting color faces can be formed by pouring white cement concrete with color pigments first and then regular gray concrete next, economically with two layers.
The high slump face concrete mix is to be mixed in separate exclusive tile mixer. The base gray concrete mix can be mixed with another tile mixer or regular drum type concrete mixer.

This apparatus is used for molding suppositories, lipsticks and similar products. This equipment permits melting, agitation and mixing during the filling operation. Stainless steel kettle and agitator are heated by a glycerin bath and 1000 watt heating element. Thermostat permits adjustment of temperature of kettle contents from 20 to 100 C by 1 graduation. The sled, below the filler nozzle, holds any type of mould. It is adjustable in all directions and controlled by a hand wheel. Capacity of kettle is 3.5 lt.
