Our magnetic 'v' block consists of three magnetic surface top, bottom with 90 degree angle and end surface opposite from switch. The magnetic surface is activated by ON-OFF switch. Pay off reel are reels on which the steel coil to be processed is loaded. Function :Unwinds coils on first pass.
Design :Design consist of overhung expanding mandrel and sliding base.
Mandrel :The mandrel have four segments that are expanded and collapsed by
wedges, pull rod and a rotating hydraulic cylinder.The expansion diameter is at 630mm.The collapse diameter is at 560mm. 610 concentric diameter.The maximum coil weight is 23000Kg.(23 Tone)
Mandrel Drive :The mandrel drive is fabricated from steel plate. The drive is stress relieved before machining to ensure dimensional accuracy. The box is designed to bear normal shocks that are encountered during operation.The reel housing also acts like a reduction gearbox. All gears are of alloy steel heat-treated and precision ground. The input shaft of the gearbox is connected to the motor through a geared coupling, gear ratio is 5.24:1 reduction.

Function :Transfers coils from the coil saddles and places the coils on the pay off reel.
Design : The coil cars consists of a carriage and an elevator with a ‘V’ shaped platen
Position transducers mounted on the car measure vertical lift and horizontal travel for automatically loading coils onto the pay off reel.
The carriage and the elevator are fabricated out of heavy steel plates.
The carriage have four flanged wheels and are driven by a hydraulic motor.
The elevator consists of four guide rods connected to the platen. The guide rods are precision machined for smooth and jam free operation. They run in bushings mounted in the carriage. A hydraulic cylinder is raise and lower the elevator.
The 'V' platen will be lined with polyurethane to prevent damage to the coils.
Lubrication : Manually grease lubricated.
