Operated by gas burner unit .
• Engineered with four-leg contraction for perfect balancing.
• The inner liner outer shell are made up of stainless steel with 2” glass wool insulation.
• Feature include high speed stirrer for the perfect blending of dry ingredients.
• Incorporated emulsifier with 2-speed motor.
• Regulate high temperature pasteurization at +85 oC and the low temperature pasteurization at +65oC.
• Temperature is indicated by digital temperature meter & heating medium by water.

Every dairy has an electronic Milkotester to measure fat in the milk. However, the fat is not measured automatically. The process involves movement of the Milkotester handle 3 times to get the fat reading. Usually any co-operative / private milk society has hundreds of members & for each member to have 3 movements of handles, may cause variation of speed of handle movement or fatigue, there by introducing error in fat measurement. This error in fat display will cause loss either to member or society. To avoid this situation & to have uniform movement of milkotester handle for measuring fat, we have developed an automation unit. This unit is connected to the existing milkotester (any make) in a very simple way. Once the ‘Press’ button is pressed, the handle movement of the milkotester starts & after 3 strokes, fat of the milk sample is displayed.
