These are abrasion -proof, flexible and very robust and can easily withstand any rugged environment. Used for flexing and vibration, while conveying liquids and gases. The metal wire braid provides the assembly with a higher pressure capability by acting as a restraint against hose elongation and acts to dampen vibration. Stainless steel hoses and bellows are offered from 6 mm (1/4’ ) to 300 mm (12’). The annular corrugated food grade hose body provides the flexibility and pressure tight core of the assembly.Unbraided corrugated hoses tend to elongate when pressurized above a certain level. To restrain this, an external layer of stainless steel wire braiding is provided on the hoses. Braiding prevent longitudinal expansion of corrugated hose and thus increases the internal pressure strength of the stainless steel hoses many fold. Braiding is highly flexible and exactly follows the movements of the hose. Unless specified, braiding in stainless steel AISI 304 wire will be supplied , braiding can also be supplied in copper. Tinned copper or stainless steel AISI 316 in case of bulk requirements.

Exhaust gas recirculation technology is recycling of small amount of the exhaust gas to reduce oxides of nitrogen (Nox) that is one of the air polluting gas, by lowering the temperatures of engine interiors and absorption of vibration and heat expansion from engine.
EGR tube assembly carries unburnt gas vapors from the exhaust manifold chambers to the intake manifold and is reintroduced into the engine firing sequence. It is used in conjunction with catalytic converter for better performance. It also enhances the life of critical engine moving parts. The gases are cooled before they are fed back.

Materials
Turbocharger hoses are made from Silicone rubber & if there are highly corrosive oils, coolants or vapors in contact, an inner lining of 0.5mm thickness of Fluorosilicone rubber is recommended.
Reinforcement
The reinforcing fabric is usually polyester. However if the temperature & pressure requirement is high, aramid fabrics such as NOMEX® or KEVLAR® are used.
Design
1) Straight or Shaped hoses with smooth outer surface.
2) Convoluted / Corrugated in shape. The number of convolutes depend on the length of the hose. Stainless steel rings are fitted in the grooves on the outer surface to give the hose additional pressure resistance.
Manufactured with Flexible metallic tubing obtained by spirally winding a pre-profiled strip of metal, these double interlock hose pipes are high flexible and best suitable for diverse industrial usage. These are hose pipes with special quality Asbestos yarn packing. With pressure capacity upto 50 Kg./Cm.2 according to diameter, temperature and braid, these pipes are uphold temperature upto 400°c.
