Elastomer bellows seals together with few others are the rated products amongst our clients. HS 10 has been designed for general sealing purpose which includes easy installation of the seal.
HS10 has a unique rubber bellow secondary seal, which provides a high degree of axial flexibility to compensate for lack of concentricity of the shaft & misalignment & wear due to thrust movement of the shaft.
The seal can be use regardless of direction of rotation since the driving torque is not transmitted through the coil spring, The required driving torque is enhanced through the unique rubber bellow which fits on the shaft through the interference fit between the collar, rubber bellow & the shaft.

We design and manufacture a wide range of Universal Bellows with Pipe or Flanges. The universal expansion joint is often referred to as double expansion joint-containing two bellows attached by a common connector to absorb any combination of the three basic movements: Axial, Lateral and Angular. This joint is provided with control rods for allocating the movement between the two bellows of the expansion joint and to make the common connector stable. The movement of centre pipe section is managed by the overall control rods along with uniformly dividing motion between the bellows elements. This arrangement is mainly used for lateral deflection although can also accommodate axial movement.
