In order to produce a galvanized steel with excellent resistance to corrosion, rust-free and devoid of any galvanizing defects zinc and antimony etc. of highest purity are applied with proper pre treatment of the substrate and controlled process of galvanizing. To further enhance the quality of sheets and make it white rust proof a special chemical treatment is applied on the zinc coated surface. Phosphor Bronzes, more accurately described as Tin Bronzes, are alloys of copper where tin is the main alloying element with phosphorus added primarily as a deoxidant. Alloys containing up to about 9% tin are wrought. Alloys containing from about 10-12% tin are used as-cast. They are strong, corrosion resistant alloys with many traditional uses in marine environments and in electrical and electronic engineering where their especially at the higher cast level, imparts good wear resistance for traditional use in bearing components.

Phosphor bronze alloy is a alloys of copper with around 3.5 to 10% of tin and a significant phosphorus content of up to 1%. The phosphorus is required as a deoxidizing agent during melting procedure. If the phosphorus content is further increased, then it leads to the formation of a hard compound copper phosphide.
Phosphor bronze is majorly used for springs and in various other applications where resistance to fatigue, wear and chemical corrosion is required or necessary. It at times is also used in acoustic instrument strings including acoustic guitars, mandolins and more.

Aluminum has been proven to be the economical choice for a wide variety of applications. Its cost effectiveness and lightweight characteristics make it a popular grade of material in petroleum and petrochemical industries. Aluminum also serves the food, beverage and drug industries. A cubic inch of Aluminum weighs about one-tenth of a pound. Its color is like that of silver. The "commercially" pure metal has a faintly bluish tinge. Its atomic weight is 26.98 pure. Aluminum melts at a temperature of 1220 deg.F. (or 660 deg.C). The ability of aluminum to transmit heat rapidly and efficiently makes it an ideal material for heat transfer processes, cryogenic applications and similar uses. Its resistance to corrosion often results in longer service life and reduced maintenance.

We deal in inconnel alloys, which are used in chemical industries for their ability to maintain their structural integrity at high temperatures and resistance to oxidation. Innconel 601 is an alloy of Nickel-Chromium, which has additions of aluminium. The addition enhances the resistance of inconnel against oxidation and corrosion.
