The Launderometer/ Washometer - II -For AATCC is a color testing textile machinery used for determining colour fastness of textile materials to washings. This is attained by mechanical agitating a specimen of textile in contact with pieces of specified adjacent fabrics in a soap-soda solution, before being rinsed and dried. The change in colour of the specimen and staining of the adjacent fabrics are assessed with standard gray scales.

Our specially designed electric vibrating machine is designed to suit compaction of 7.06cm mortar specimen according to IS 4031 requirements. It is used for vibrating the mix in moulds according to strictly controlled program at a frequency of 12,000 rotation per minute. These vibrators are mounted over coiled springs and the vibrations are developed by means of a revolving eccentric shaft. The simple design of the machine facilitates easy assembly and dismantling of the cube moulds.

We manufacture and supply AIV apparatus, which are conforming to IS 2386. These machines are used for determining the aggregate impact value. The sturdy construction of our AIV apparatus consists of base and support columns to form a rigid framework around the quick release trigger mechanism to ensure an effective free fall of the hammer during test. The free fall are adjustable. The hammer is provided with a locking arrangement. The apparatus is supplied complete with cylindrical cup, metal measure and tamping rod.
