The Mixer consists of Mixing drum complete in itself. It contains mixing drum body. Mixing paddle and sealing arrangement. Mass mixer is used for mixing dry or dump materials and used for tablet granulation. It consists of a 'U' shaped trough, discharge valve, solid SS end plates, SS shaft with specially designed paddles. The shaft is coupled with heavy duty gear box & motor. The shaft is supported on heavy duty bearing blocks at both the ends and provided with teflon seals & stuffing box. Top cover is provided with acrylic sheet for easy visibility during mixing operation. The motor-gear box assembly is completely covered in enclosure control panel box is provided with the machine with reverse and forward switch for the shaft. Because of a special design feature of machine & stirrer, the mass mixer can be mix the sticky materials & also uniformally and intimately mix the materials which are to be difficult to mix.
We offer pharmaceuticl chemical machinery such as sigma mixer and sigma kneader. The two mixing blades rotate toward each other at differential speeds inside a W-shaped trough. Each blade moves the material in opposite direction thereby providing excellent cross mixing of all raw materials. The blades pass the trough walls and each other at close clearances resulting in better mixing. The close clearance produces a shearing and tearing action that is beneficial to the size reduction of solids. This mixer is most suitable for highly viscous material and dough like masses. Selection of appropriate blade shape and speeds result in excellent mixing. On completion of the mix cycle, the trough of the mixer is tilted and the product is discharged.
