Erich Magnetic Bases are the most universal type of dial gauge indicator holder. The base and two sides are energized for gripping of flat surface and a vee- slot enables the base to hold on round surfaces . The exclusive push – button control turning On and OFF allows one hundred location of the base on any machine tool . If required a scriber can be fitted in place of dial indicator. A regulator type ON and OFF system is also available.

Our H & G “V” Block’s are manufactured in so many sizes, ranging from 2” to 12”. Further, it is also to manufacture them in two degree’s, that is Total angle 120º OR Total Angle 90º . These can be used grinding, light milling, drilling & inspection of round & square jobs. All its sides are hardened & ground and has accuracy for flatness, squareness & parallelism within 0.005mm upto 150L & 0.010mm for 200L. It has a hardness above 60 Re and is supplied in matched pair. These blocks have uniform and strong magnetic pull to all three magnetic surfaces, Top, Bottom & V Faces. Further, they have easy ON - OFF facility and also along with this, 120° "V" angle also available.

"Crystal" Brand Magnetic 'V’ Blocks have high
magnetic pull, hence
they can be used fro drilling and grinding (both wet and dry) and
even for light milling work.
The
'V’ Block has a total three magnetic surfaces. Top and Bottom with
90 'V’ angle and end surface opposite to switch. All three magnetic
surfaces and the two sides are carefully ground. Their accuracy kfor
flatness, parallelism and squareness is within 0.005 mm for 2",
3", 4" & 6" 'V’ Blocks.
When
turned "ON" all three magnetic surfaces are activated
aimultaneously. The permanent magnet holds the work firmly in the 'V’
and if kthje block rests on a magnetically conductive surface, it is

Designed for versatility and accuracy, these Vee Blocks are ideal for holding round or irregular shapes for scribing, grinding, measuring, machining and testing applications .
These can be used either ways, up or standing on end. All Vee’s and faces can be energised or de energised simultaneously by turning the rotary action gun metal control knob. This feature enables the Vee Block to hold both itself and the work on any flat ferrous surface including a permanent magnetic chuck (without energising the chuck). Gun metal construction of the knob ensures no interference with the magnetic field, unlike the conventionally used steel knobs.
