We manufacture Candle Type Magnetic Separators suitable to handle fine ferrous dirt from large coolers. Latest technique is used to manufacture and fabricate these type of magnetic separators. An infinite length of belt carrying magnetic candles are dipped in the dirty coolant tank. It is dipped to an extent such that the coolant enters the core of the tank. The coolant is allowed to flow slowly over the magnetic candles leaving the ferrous dirt on its surface. The belt is then programmed to pull out the dirt laden candles and rotate them at the top to remove the dirt which is then transported to a bin outside the tank.
