The permanent magnetic pipeline magnets are designed for the extraction of fine and weak ferrous particles such as rust from fluids conveyed by pipeline. Equipment is manufactured in 304 or 316 stainless steel; the unit is simply connected to the existing pipeline via flanged or threaded ends. Sealed magnetic sticks containing high intensity, high power, high garden rare earth magnets filter the flow and extract the unwanted ferrous metal. Simple and easy to access and possibly using the quick release lid. Available with high intensity rare earth magnets (up to 22,000 Gauss in bi-pole).

It is self-cleaning type of Magnetic Separation System with drive system and housing with feeding hopper. It is generally used in continuous process line where magnetic particles are separated and collected continuously in continuous process line where magnetic particles are separated and continuously in collecting chute meant for it. We manufacture candle type magnetic conveyors suitable to handle fine ferrous dirt from large coolers. Latest technique is used to manufacture and fabricate these type of magnetic separators. An infinite length of belt carrying magnetic candles are dipped in the dirty coolant tank. It is dipped to an extent such that the coolant enters the core of the tank. The coolant is allowed to flow slowly over the magnetic candles leaving the ferrous dirt on its surface. The belt is then programmed to pull out the dirt laden candles and rotate them at the top to remove the dirt which is then transported to a bin outside the tank. We manufacture drum type magnetic separators which has a magnetic drum with close dense magnetic field which is assembled on non-magnetic SS shaft. Magnetic pole shoes are projected out to form fins, for better magnetic field alignment around the drum. The drum is rotated very slowly by a geared motor drive. A non-magnetic SS trough holds the dirty fluid close to drum. Magnetic dirt is picked-up by magnetic field & is attached to the finned drum.
Slow rotary motion dumps the dirt collected on closely contoured scrapers. Extended scraper dumps the dirt collected to a bin. Size & number of fins is selected depending on the flow of fluid, viscosity of fluid & quantum of dirt to be handled. Positive rake scraper is selected for volatile fluid like water based emulsion while negative rake scraping is selected for oils. Negative rake scraper keeps the fluid away from bin.

Working
An endless belt of magnetic candles is dipped in dirty coolant tank such that the dirty coolant enters in the core. For very high precision grinding, honning, broaching or lapping operation addition paper band filter is recommended along with coolant magnet. Use of paper band filter takes care of fine non ferrous particles which are also present in minute quantities in the coolant liquid. The coolant magnet is housed above the paper band filter and liquid free from ferrous impurities fall on filter paper. We offer magnetic cum paper band for efficient filtration of magnetic & non magnetic contaminants and all types of coolants. Magnetic separator separates magnetic particles reducing the load on the paper band filter and consumption of paper. The paper band filter ensures positive filtration of the order of 5 micron. The contaminated coolant passes through magnetic separator where magnetic contaminants are separated and scrapped off. Subsequently coolant passed through the paper band filter where non magnetic particles are removed. The float mechanism senses the contaminant level on the paper filter.
