Our Airline Lubricator is exclusively designed to provide sufficient lubrication so as to ensure smooth working and prevent frictional wear on the piston. Due to insufficient oil which is frictional wear, the piston in the average Rock Drill reciprocates about 1600 to 2000 times per minute. Other internal parts move at corresponding rates, so frictional wear can be considerable. Friction produces heat and because of this factor it causes real trouble. Even with fine metallurgy, lack of oil can produce heat, it is enough sufficient to cause minute surface cracks that may result in complete breakage of the parts. So, it is suggested to use of Airline lubricators so as to overcome the problems.

SPRAY LUBRICATION SYSTEMS
For Gears it is desired that oil or grease is applied to larger areas, hence in such a case it is better to spray the lubricant for fine layer of lubricant. Nozzles wherein only when there is proper lubricant and air supply is made to eliminate any error or excess of oil to the lubricating point.
MIST LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

We manufacture and offer our grease line gear pumps that are central pumping station that lubricates through a reversing valve to either one of two supply lines. The lines run along the machine to feed. Dose Feeders mounted on the machine at a convenient position to be seen and close to the bearing points to be lubricate. These pumps are economical system for larger machines with many lubrication points and also comes with positive indication of discharge to each point. Systematrix Engg. Services have developed indegeniously progressive distributor blocks for distributing oil or grease in even, metered quantity, to all points in a machine or plant. These blocks shall get the lubricant feed from the prime source like a pump (manual/ pneumatic/ motorised) or even simple grease gun and distribute it to the hard – to – reach, far away points. Each block has internal plungers which operate sequentially due to pressure of feed lubricant and deliver it to the corresponding outlets. The distributor blocks are self monitoring. An indicating pin makes it possible to identify when the block is in operation without removal of piping. This pin can be coupled with proximity /limit switch for achieving different functions.

We offer Morgon oil lubrication system, which are designed to feed the Morgan bearing of mill stands of the cold rolling mills. These are incorporated with electric motor driven gear pumps draw oil from a settling or reservoir tank through wire mesh type suction strainer and pass it through cartridge type wire mesh filters to get rid of undue particles. This helps in oil passing through a water cooled heat exchanger to bring down the temperature as per the requirement and then taken out through 100NB piping and distributed to the bearings. Then the return oil from the bearings is brought back to the settler through 150NB piping. Further, we also provide check valves are after the pump to prevent the back flow of oil.
