We offer Morgon oil lubrication systems, which are designed to feed the Morgan bearing of mill stands of the cold rolling mills. These industrial lubrication systems are incorporated with electric motor driven gear pumps draw oil from a settling or reservoir tank through wire mesh type suction strainer and pass it through cartridge type wire mesh filters to get rid of undue particles. This helps in oil passing through a water cooled heat exchanger to bring down the temperature as per the requirement and then taken out through piping and distributed to the bearings. Then the return oil from the bearings is brought back to the settler through piping. Further, we also provide check valves are after the pump to prevent the back flow of oil.

This pump is meant for feding greese to bearings and other moving parts of the machine.When the handle is pulled or operated through pneumatic cylinder grease is sucked through suction port.While pushing handle, the greese comes out under pressure through a check valve and is supplied to the greese pipelines through progressive block for positive distribution or with the help of manifold blocks.he pump has reservoir 1.5 kg.Which can be either acrylic or mild steel (as per the customer requirements).A tell tale rod indicate the level of greese filling in the reservoir, can be done manually or by another pump.A 1/4" port is provided on the right hand side of pump.Pump has got outlet port 1/4" BSP on both sides.

The dual line system consist of a Pump of high flow and high pressure to cater to many lubrication points. The main line from the pump is joined to the reversing valve wherein two outlet from the valve leads to the two main lines of distributor blocks that are arranged in series.
When one line is ON, pressure is developed and all the points of one side of LUBRISYS Metering Dosers/ Distributor blocks is lubricated. The spools in the distributor move to their extreme position. A pressure is developed as all spools have moved to the end position, and cannot move further.
