These are used in machinery wherein, the oil used by the parts is collected and re circulated using a pump. The common type of application are the enclosed gear boxes, however, for gears which are not enclosed spraying of oil is desired. The Rikkon forced lube oil lubrication system model SVM 54 is used to circulate oil continuously to various moving parts and heavily loaded bearings of any machinery. The lube oil systems are heavy duty, intended for continuous running, with flow rate ranging from 5 LPM to 1500 LPM. Our systems are cost effective designs for long lasting life and easier maintenance.
Our range of pre-jacking cum oil lubrication systems are used in cement plants for ball mill bearing lubrication. This industrial lubication system consist of one high pressure pump and two gear pumps. Our range of lubrication equipment functions when ball mill is started, the high pressure pump lifts the bearing and then gear pumps are used to lubricate the bearings. We also incorporated duplex filters and heat exchanger in our product. Our range is also used in pair as to lift and lubricate both the bearings of ball mill.
In Lubrication Systems there are two types of systems:
(i) Total loss type Lubrication System
(ii) Oil Circulatory System
In first type of system total oil is get consumed and it can not be recyclable second type of systems the oil supplied to various parts is returned to reservoir oil acts both as a lubricant and coolent. These type of systems are large having capacity of hundreds liters to thousand of liters.
These systems are measured in LPM. These systems may be 10 LPM to 2000 LPM. These systems are used in steel plants, sugar plants, cement plants, power plants and for heavy machinery etc.

This pump is meant for feding greese to bearings and other moving parts of the machine.When the handle is pulled or operated through pneumatic cylinder grease is sucked through suction port.While pushing handle, the greese comes out under pressure through a check valve and is supplied to the greese pipelines through progressive block for positive distribution or with the help of manifold blocks.he pump has reservoir 1.5 kg.Which can be either acrylic or mild steel (as per the customer requirements).A tell tale rod indicate the level of greese filling in the reservoir, can be done manually or by another pump.A 1/4" port is provided on the right hand side of pump.Pump has got outlet port 1/4" BSP on both sides.

The motorized lubrication unit offered by us comprises electric motor, reservoir ranging from 3 ltrs to 100 ltrs, oil filler, suction strainer, pressure switch, pressure relief valve and bleed valve. These motorized lubrication units are single or 3-phase electrically operated and designed to run intermittently for single shot lubrication. The on time of the electric motor is normally 5 seconds. During this time, pump coupled with the motor discharge oil under pressure. And, immediately after unit is switched off, oil pressure comes down to approximately 1 Kg/cm2 due to pressure reducing valve. The TA20 is an on-line magnetic sensor designed to measure the amount of ferrous wear debris in circulating oil lubrication systems. This sensor generates an output that is proportional to the amount of debris captured. When this output reaches a pre-set time limit or the head is saturated a flush cycle is activated, enabling the flow to clear the captured debris. A non-magnetic barrier between the fluid and the magnetic element maintains flow integrity at all times. Monitoring the time between flushes and the rate of debris generation provides an accurate picture of the condition of the system.
