Our range of pre-jacking cum oil lubrication systems are used in cement plants for ball mill bearing lubrication. This industrial lubication system consist of one high pressure pump and two gear pumps. Our range of lubrication equipment functions when ball mill is started, the high pressure pump lifts the bearing and then gear pumps are used to lubricate the bearings. We also incorporated duplex filters and heat exchanger in our product. Our range is also used in pair as to lift and lubricate both the bearings of ball mill.
Our primary distributors offer high output volume of up to 0.75cc/outlet/cycle. These are available with 2, 3 and 4 outlets. We provide outlets of 8 mm tube fitting in our primary distributors.

Oil Lubricating Systems
The TA20 is an on-line magnetic sensor designed to measure the amount of ferrous wear debris in circulating oil lubrication systems. This sensor generates an output that is proportional to the amount of debris captured. When this output reaches a pre-set time limit or the head is saturated a flush cycle is activated, enabling the flow to clear the captured debris. A non-magnetic barrier between the fluid and the magnetic element maintains flow integrity at all times. Monitoring the time between flushes and the rate of debris generation provides an accurate picture of the condition of the system.
