This SIGHT GLASS is fabricated from the IS 226 plate & Rods, Teflon bushes and borosilicate glass tube with flare up ends as per BS specification or DIN specification. The unique litures of this Sight glass is as under,
1] It can be used for any Liquid as only contact parts are Teflon and glass.
2] Outer cage is Zinc plated so corresion is negligible.
3] Flange to flange distance is uniform so it can be removed without distributing the pipe line.

All our liquid level gauges have been designed and developed to operate reliably and efficiently in all applications where liquid level measurements is required. Available in variety of Reflex, transparent type and tubular type with lengths from 300mm onwards with an arrangement to fit pressure gauge on the level indicator itself. Standard construction of these liquid level gauges includes a solid one piece chamber machined from Carbon and Stainless steel with steel covers and toughened glass windows, recessed gasket seats to prevent gasket movement and ensure leak free service.
"Leveltrol" Tubular Level Gauges are externally mounted to the vessel and use tubular glass to provide direct visual verification of the liquid level. The transparent glass also provides excellent means to optically inspect fluid characteristics.
Model 36K is provided with our standard auto shut off ball check valve. Incase of accidental glass tube breakage the balls seat to prevent loss of tank contents. These valves are suffice to isolate the liquid level gauge and eliminate the need for additional isolation ball valves.
"Leveltrol" Model 30K comprises of end connections in place of the standard auto shut off ball check valves. This model is highly recommended where choking is encountered due to the small bore of level gauge valves and is used to register liquid levels in low to medium pressure applications.

"Leveltrol" Reflex Level Gauges allow accurate reading of liquid levels at a glance. These glasses have a prism glass window that uses the basic optical principle of light refraction and reflection to enhance the indication of the liquid level. This lets the level of even colorless liquids be seen without close inspection. When rays of light enters the liquid space behind the groove it is virtually absorbed by the gauge body, so the liquid space behind the reflex glass appears black. Light striking the open space above the liquid level is reflected back to the observer, so that area appears silvery.

Leveltrol Model 40K & 41K level gauges are designed for liquid level gauging of fixed or floating roof tanks storing oil, water, solvents and other products where a readout to within 25 mm of liquid level is satisfactory and provides the additional convenience of being able to read out at distance of 100 - 200 feet. The units are designed and constructed to permit simple easy installation on tanks in service or tanks not in service and to provide a maximum of trouble free service.
