Due to the application of latest technology we are enabled to fabricate high grade liquid filler machine. These liquid filler machine are IAS-ANZ certified and therefore they are highly reliable and consistent. Our liquid filers are mainly used for packaging of milk, water, shampoo, oil, 2T oil and other liquid substances. They are neatly packed in pouches and containers.
The compact designed unit consist of two stainless steel syringes with non return value and HDPE piston ring for accurate filling.

The range of filling machines offered has got a high application in the food packaging industry. With low energy consumption and high speed features, our filling machines have been installed in various companies. These filling machines are capable of packing liquid, granules and other powdered form of products.
The unit is enclosed in an elegantly designed cabinet covered with SS Sheet. It is provided with two syringes fitted on either side of the cabinet. The syringes are designed with non-return valve to dispense accurate quantity liquids (accuracy ± 1 %). It is driven by ISI marked motor with suitable reduction Gear Box, Push Button Starter and 3 Step pulley to provide three different speeds 10, 15 & 18 strokes/head/ minute, i.e., 1000 to 2000 bottles/ hour. The machine is also suitable for heavy liquids and hot liquids (Upto 800C).
