We manufacture PE/PP Woven Fabrics Laminated/Coated by coating/laminating on PE/PP Woven Fabrics with coating grade LDPE/PP granuales.We have two coating machines,one with maximum coating width of upto 122 inches/310 c.m.and another one with maximum coating width of upto 75 inches/190 c.m..We offer both one side as well as both side coated fabrics.The minimum width of laminated/coated fabrics can be as per your requirement with blade cut edges and the maximum we can offer is upto 120 inches/305 c.m.Width bigger than 120 inches(305 c.m.)can be made by heat sealing the panels of laminated fabrics.Our range of laminated fabrics starts from 70 GSM( 2.05 ozs/square yard) to 400 GSM( 11.7 ozs/square yard).We specialize in manufacturing five layer sandwitch fabrics i.e. 2 layers of fabric and 3 layer of lamination;the structure of the layers of the fabric is like this ( Lamination + Fabric + Lamination + Fabric + Lamination).We can offer fabrics wherein additives like Colour Masterbatch more...

Woven HDPE fabric is laminated onto the outer side of VCI paper to provide excellent physical strength to the paper. It is coated with a high concentration of VCI chemicals on the paper side and has excellent water barrier properties on the woven HDPE fabric side. Hence, this product plays a very important part in providing dependable rust-preventive protection to components during shipment & storage. The versatality of this product allows it to be used in many ways. It can be used as a rust-preventive barrier to wodden pallets.
