Double walled construction with inner, outer chambers of autoclave are completely in stainless steel duly polished. The autoclave chamber has heaters at the bottom. The steam generated by the water immersing the heaters, enters the working chambers through the ports. The lid is made from a single thick SS plate duly polished. The lid has pressure gauge and two safety valves for the release of the steam. The release valves are set at a pressure between 16-18 psi and the second between 20-22 psi. This enables one to prevent any damage due to excessive pressure developed because of the failure of one safety valve.
