Machines involved in Synthetic juice Plant are:
a) LZ- 103 : Sugar Syrup preparation Tank
To prepare and store sugar syrup to be added to the fruit powder or pulp
b) LK- 301 : Filter Press
To remove impurities from the sugar syrup
c) LZ- 102 : Mixing Tank
To mix the sugar syrup, water, Synthetic juice flavors, colors, preservatives etc.
d) LZ- 101 : Storage Tank
To store the ready to drink juice before packing
All the above machines form the complete Synthetic Juice Plant. Synthetic Juice can be packed in PET Bottles, pouches or cups. We provide following packing machines to pack Synthetic Juice for you:

To prepare and store sugar syrup to be added to the fruit pulp

To store the Fruit pulp extracted from the fruit
c) LK- 301 : Filter Press
To remove impurities from sugar syrup
d) LZ- 102 : Mixing Tank
To mix the sugar syrup and fruit pulp for pasteurization
e) LK- 311 : Pasteurizer
To pasteurize (heat up to a very high temperature and then rapidly cooling down) the sugar syrup and fruit pulp mixture to remove any microbiological growth from it
f) LK-321 : Homogenizer
To mix the pasteurized mixture of sugar syrup and fruit pulp and give it a uniform blend
g) LZ- 101 : Storage Tank
To store the uniformly blended final juice before packing

TMCI PADOVAN’s Turbo Extractors or Refiners is Suitable for extraction and refining of juice / purees from pulpy & fibrous fruits.
