Our Wax Injector System works on the latest technology that offers many advantages over the prevalent process of wax injection. This is owing to the quick release of the wax and thus is a faster method of manufacturing wax based products. Our machine capacity includes 1000 waxes/day atleast by one person. To add on to the unique features, several people can work on the same machine with various molds and purposes, simultaneously. The machine takes the mold in load, presets it, maintains it, injects it, returns it with a rate of success of almost 100%. Our machine can also be used by a non-specialist of the injection process. A simple presentation of the mould in front of the machine and all the parameters are being regulated automatically. It has a success rate of 100% with absolute regularity of the wax weights, accuracy of dimensions and volumes with no wastes.
