Units are available with either individual Ball valves or Single Lever operated Solo Multi Port Valve depending on the requirement. Being constructed from Composite FRP vessel and High Impact PVC Pipe work and valves, it gives complete corrosion free operation.
Individual Ball Valves OR Multi Port Valve provide ease in operation of backwash and rinse which is indicated using Inlet pressure gauge.

Sanitary Range:
Sanitary range cartridge filter housings are manufactured from s.s. 316 quality material. They are design to fit standard code-7 type filter cartridges with bayonet locator which provides an efficient seal between filter cartridge and housing. This range is available up to 19 round filter cartridges in configuration of 10", 20", 30" and 40" length.
Industrial Range:
Industrial range cartridge filter housings are manufactured from s.s.304/ s.s.316 quality material. They are design to fit double open-end type filter cartridge with knife edge seal and tie-rod providing an efficient seal between housing and filter cartridge. This range is available up to 24 round filter cartridges in configuration of 10", 20", 30" and 40" length.
Filter Cartridge:
Our standard filter cartridges are available in pp/ nylon/ s.s. 316 and in different micron ratings. They are available in lengths of 10", 20", 30", 40" and code - 7 or double open end type.
Cation and Anion resins are combined in a GRP or stainless steel vessel to produce ultra pure water.
Usually a mixed bed polishing unit contains strong acid Cation (SAC) resin and strong base Anion (SBA) resins combined to a ratio of approximately 40% Cation resin to 60% Anion resin. (All resin volumes are dependant upon the incoming water analysis and the required quantity of treated water).

We offer state-of-the-art water treatment systems for KDF Filter. It is patented KDF media and patented air entertainment systems make the difference. KDF media removes up to 99% of chlorine in municipal water by removing the chlorine the life of the granular activated carbon (GAC) is extended up to 10 times further more the KDF media protects the GAC bed against fouling from bacterial growth. At the same time the KDF media remove up to 98% of the lead and other heavy metals that are growing concern to public health officials.
The KDF media works by simply exchange electrons with the contaminants the give and take of electrons charges many contaminants into harmless components; such as chlorine to chloride other contaminants such as lead and other heavy metals bond to KDF media. The patented process media are high purity copper - zinc alloy formulations they reduce contaminants in water using oxidation / reduction electrochemical potential of purified dissimilar metals.

Operation
Water enters the filter and percolates through the filter bed. The Suspended matter present in the water comes in contact with the media particles and are trapped on the top of the bed. Clean water then goes via the filtration nozzles through the filter outlet.
Cleaning
Cleaning of this filter is done periodically by back washing. Water is introduced in the reverse direction of the service flow. Filter is then down rinsed & clear water is taken in the system.
Filter Media
Different types of Filter Media as per IS 8419 are used depending on the raw water quality and the treated water quality required.
