Units are available with either individual Ball valves or Single Lever operated Solo Multi Port Valve depending on the requirement. Being constructed from Composite FRP vessel and High Impact PVC Pipe work and valves, it gives complete corrosion free operation.

We provide paper band filter which is used for all types of coolants and is highly effective for the non magnetic and magnetic contaminants. To reduce the load on the paper band filter and consumption of paper, magnetic separator is used. The paper band filter ensures positive filtration of the order of 5 micron. The contaminated coolant passes through magnetic separator where magnetic contaminants are alienated and scrapped off. Afterwards coolant passed through the paper band filter where non magnetic particles are detached. The float mechanism senses the contaminant level on the paper filter. When predetermined level is achieved and filter is chocked it activate the endless conveyor belt to bring fresh paper in position, automatically and geared motor is driven by the conveyor belt. The process of reverse osmosis systems (RO) is often described as filtration because it is much easier to visualize the process when we use such terms. However, the process is much more complex then that. In reverse osmosis filtration water is passed through 0.0001 micron pore hole with very high pressure so as to eliminate all harmful dissolved salts including bacteria and virus to get water in the purest from. Water coming out of membrane becomes so pure that they become “bad conductor of electricity". There is no limitation for the raw water, which can’t be treated in reverse osmosis process.
