The Pulse Jet Filter is an effective and widely proven system. Its high dust collection efficiency at low cost is the basis for its wide application. The Pulse Jet bag Filter consists of a bag house comprising of filter bags with the supporting cages ventures, hopper for the collection of the dust header air distribution pipes, pulse valves and centrifugal fan. The filter module is designed around the seal frame. This is a formed plate containing a series of parallel slots into which a set number of filter cartridges are inserted.
Our range of centrifuge filter bags are used as basket type as well as lifting type star filter bags. The most popular material for centrifuge filter bag are polypropylene and cotton . Woven fabrics of weight ranging between 500gms to 900 gms are used for making centrifuge bags depending on process requirements. The inlet connection which is located at the top of the unit underneath the fan housing deflects the air flow into a pre-separator chamber which is located at one side of the filter chamber. Pressure sand filter are most suitable for removing the suspended solids from water. In these filter, the filtration medium has multiple layer of sand, where each layer has different specific gravity.
Pressure sand filters are provided with water pump for generating necessary operating pressure. For Filtration, water is passed through multi-grade sand filter at a pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 that reduce the presence of suspended solids in the water.
The filter effectively removes suspended solid of sized up to 30-50 micron to around 5 ppm. The pressure sand filter requires to be washed for 20-30 minutes with normal water.

Our industrial sand filters involves the flow of water through a bed of granular media with settling basins in conventional water treatment trains. This enables to remove the particulate matter left over after flocculation and settling. This works on the principles of mechanical straining and physical adsorption. Hence this is a physical-chemical process for separating suspended and colloidal impurities from water. The impurities are absorbed on the surface of grains and the water fills the pores of the filter medium. Whereas for activated carbon filter, activated carbon is filled in the tank. Working
Dirty fluid enters inside a cylindrical wedge wire screen, placed in a pressure vessel. Dirt remains inside the screen, letting clean fluid outside the vessel. When pressure drop reaches a pre-set value, drive starts rotating a scraper blade inside the screen. Low pressure pocket near scraper lets dirt collected to an actuated filter drain. A separate pair of filters recovers the fluid from drain, while the filtered fluid is directly fed to the mill.

Applications: Max filtration offers the excellent means of filtering both ferrous and non-ferrous particles, where high degree of purification is required and contaminate differ in sizes and composition. Max filtration is required for grinding, honing, transfer lines and machine center. It also can be used for rolling mills for filtering coolant, which helps in improving the surface finish of sheet.
