We offer non stainable semi-permanent release coating for molded polyurethane parts. Being easily applicable these mould release coatings are used with cast urethane, foams, integral skin as well as polyester and epoxy material. To meet the varied requirements of our customers we supply MAC-715 in 1 liter, 3.5 liters and 20 liters containers.
How to use
These should be applied to a clean and dry surface. A thin even film is sprayed over the entire surface to be coated and is left for certain time period to dry. If required the film is applied again for fine coating.
The solvent used in the manufacturing of MAC 715 is flammable, so these should be stored in highly ventilated area and are always kept away from heat, sparks and flames.
