Our sophisticated range of steam generators depicts the latest design in coil type boilers using reverse flame technology. Through the jacketed shell, combined air is forced & thus, the outer shell can be kept cool.
The pressure jet burner atomizes the fuel and preheated air helps in completing combustion. The flue gases are reversed in the furnace, resulting in two radiant heat transfer passes. The flue gases further transfer heat to the economizer for preheating feed water.
Reverse flame technology:
The flame reverses within the furnace and thereafter passes along with the membrane wall. The reverse flame technology ensures a very high radiation heat transfer and complete combustion.
